Ready to apply to Champlain College Online?

Congratulations! The first step to achieving your educational goals is to apply to the program of your choice. Our enrollment coaches can assist you every step of the way. You can start, save, and return to your application as many times as you need, so don't hesitate to begin because of time constraints.

Steps to Apply to Champlain College Online 

1. Confirm you understand the admission requirements for your program of choice.

   2. Graduate program requirements
2. If you haven't already, speak with an enrollment coach by completing a form on this site, or calling 802-357-5188. Your dedicated enrollment coach will want to learn more about your current job, career goals, education history, plans for your online education and your broader interests.
3. Go to apply.champlain.edu/online/ and create an account
4. Answer all the questions in the application (should take approximately 10 minutes, maybe less)
5. You will be contacted by your enrollment coach to complete the proxy form for transcript retrieval. We will get your prior college transcripts for you, if you complete the form and if the college/university permits (some do not, then you will have to contact the school). If you are applying for an undergraduate degree or certificate, you will need to obtain your high school transcripts (unless you have prior college degree)
6. Once we have your completed application, including required documents such as transcripts, you will hear from our team within a couple business days!

• Your personal information and federal student aid are protected from identity theft
• Eligible students receive the financial assistance
• Taxpayer-funded aid reaches legitimate students
• Our institution maintains compliance with federal Title IV requirements 

As part of this process, we may verify your identity through documentation review and screening procedures. During this process, you may receive email and text/SMS communications from Champlain College requesting additional verification steps, including presenting a government-issued ID.
