Flexible ways to pay for your education

Ways to Pay for Your Online Courses

Third-Party Billing

If you have an arrangement for your employer or a third-party to pay for your education, you will need to provide a signed authorization form from your supervisor giving us permission to bill them directly. Payment will be due within 30 days of billing. An employer billing form can be found here.

Self-Pay: Installment Payments

You may choose to pay for your education in installments. To set up installment payments, there is a $35 fee. Installment payments may be made through a secure online payment option that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment may be made using electronic checking or savings account payments or using American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard credit cards. There will be a service fee of 2.95% charged when using a credit or debit card but there is no fee for electronic check or savings payments. Current students can enroll by logging in to Self-Service and selecting Student Finance. You'll then need to select your payment option under "Student Accounts."

Self-Pay: Pay in Full

Should you choose to pay for your education in full, you may do so with a money order or through an Electronic Bank Transfer from your checking or savings account. Additionally, we accept American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard. As with the Installment Payments option, there is a service fee of 2.85% charged when using a credit or debit card, but there is no fee for electronic bank transactions. Current students may make an online payment in full by logging in to Self-Service and selecting Student Finance.

Financial Aid

Whether you are using Federal Financial Aid, State grants for non-traditional students, or some other financing source we can work with you. Visit our financial aid page to learn more about these options.

"I was able to transfer in 86 credits towards my bachelor's degree, and then complete the rest of my program at Champlain. In all, it took me four semesters to go from high school graduate to college graduate, and now I've been accepted to the MBA program."
