A Better Education for Less Cost

As a private nonprofit college, your success is what matters most. We're committed to keeping your tuition costs low, and to providing ways for you to reduce the overall amount you pay in order to make investing in your future more affordable. We do this by:

• Keeping undergraduate tuition and graduate tuition lower than most other online institutions
• Making it free to apply
• Transferring previously earned college credits into qualifying programs. We accept up to to 90 credits toward a bachelor's degree and 6 toward a master's
• Offering military discounts for active duty service members and their spouses/dependents, plus additional services members through our truED program

Options for Funding Your College Education

Federal Financial Aid

Financial aid is available in the form of loans for those who qualify, and who are accepted and enrolled in a Champlain College Online degree program. Champlain College participates in the Federal Direct Loan program. This program enables students to borrow federal funds to help meet educational costs.

Preferred Pricing

Champlain College Online offers preferred tuition pricing for Champlain College alumni, associate degree graduates from any institution, and employees and family members of our truED alliances. This preferred pricing is for all our online academic programs, whether you are interested in a single course or a full degree.

Third Party Billing

If a third party (such as an employer) has agreed to pay for some or all of your tuition, they can be billed directly by the College. Your Student Accounts Representative will email you a link to a Third Party Billing form where you can attach your purchase order/voucher and we will bill the third party directly for the approved amount.

Military Benefits

Military service members and veterans can obtain a wide array of financial aid as well as military benefits from Champlain College Online. Champlain offers many financial aid options, credit transfer for service members and fields of study relevant to members of the Armed Forces.
