As a training consultant supporting IT leadership teams across Canada and Latin America, Kim knew she was missing something. She often found herself limited during technical discussions, unable to ask the deeper questions needed to truly contribute. "I needed to understand their environments and speak their language," Kim explains, describing the knowledge gap that led her to pursue her Master's in Information Technology at Champlain College Online (CCO).
The transformation has been remarkable. Now equipped with her third CCO degree, along with technical understanding and confidence, Kim has evolved from an observer to a trusted advisor in her field. Her ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions has elevated her professional standing and impact. "I don't let things hold me back," she says, "and the three degrees is just proof of it."
