Assistant Vice President-Enrollment Management
Gabriel has held a variety of roles within the higher education, strategic alliance and workforce development landscape over the last 15 years. Notably, Gabriel has developed and led corporate & government strategic alliances divisions where he worked closely with a number of Fortune 500 companies to identify solutions to address workforce needs, develop career-pathing platforms, and create competency frameworks. He is passionate about all facets of learning and has taken a specific interest in aligning higher education with the needs of employers in an effort to mitigate skill gaps, advance workforce initiatives, and most importantly, impact the lives of working adult students. Driven by that passion, Gabriel is pursuing a doctoral degree at Northeastern University aimed at identifying effective methods for reducing skill gaps through innovative learning practices and modalities.
Sr. truED Relationship Manager
Andre Adams has been dedicated to advancing the careers of adult learners for over 20 years, in various capacities and roles, within higher education. He has constructed and continuously developed successful strategic alliances between corporations and higher education with a primary goal of supporting workforce development efforts through the delivery of innovative academic programs and services. His experience crafting alliances has crossed almost all disciplines and industries, with specific emphasis and history in business, information technology, nuclear power, and cybersecurity. Andre has committed his professional efforts to ensuring that underrepresented populations have equitable access to higher education and the various L&D opportunities that will support their personal and professional growth. He is passionate about leveraging his energetic personality, innovative thinking and proactive leadership skills to deliver exemplary solutions to organizations interested in fostering professional development opportunities for their workforce.
Director truED Corporate & Strategic Relations
Duncan has been developing business relationships in industry and higher education for over 20 years, and has been at Champlain College since 2015. He seeks to build and grow alliances with companies whose learning needs align well with Champlain's online undergraduate and graduate degree and certificate programs. Duncan is active in his community of South Burlington and participates in activities throughout Vermont with his two daughters. Duncan enjoys mountain biking, hiking and skiing and is a lifelong competitive swimmer.
Sr. truED Relationship Manager-Government Sector
Tim brings a unique perspective to all his accounts; in addition to his 20+ years in business development, he is a graduate of Champlain College, is a current online student at Champlain College Online, and is a proud father of three sons—two Champlain alums, and one member of the Class of 2020. As the government sector account lead, Tim works primarily developing and cultivating relationships with agency learning leaders and other influencers to match the learning and development goals of their organization with Champlain College Online's degrees and certificates in business, cybersecurity, IT and healthcare. Tim is also responsible for prospecting, developing and cultivating relationships with federal contractors, state and local Government, and private sector companies in the Washington, D.C. area.

Gary has been in higher education for over 10 years holding a variety of roles ranging from admissions, advising, teaching, and workforce development through strategic alliances. Throughout his career, his focus and passion has been on helping adult learners reach their academic goals through online education. Gary has experience building relationships with corporations and associations to help improve upon their workforce initiatives and align their needs with degree programs and career-focused outcomes.
